Arannis Qualanthri
(a.k.a. Ari)
Arannis is a handsome Elven man living in the The Empire of the Rune Keepers, specifically in Malmos. He recently moved into town after the conclusion of the Kasarian War and began building a name for himself selling and buying magic items from his stall "The Raven's Quill" which has recently now been upgraded to a fully functional shop in the Merchant's District.
Arannis is relatively unknown in a more personal way among the residents of the town, but he seems to prove to be a popular personality despite his newness.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Standing at around 5"7 in height, Arannis has a very slender build and does not appear physically strong, he is however quite attractive and handsome, drawing the attention of many a customer.
He has shoulder length white hair, which he often side sweeps to keep it out of his face; ashen white skin occasionally marked by a few darker blue-ish freckles and pitch black eyes. As is frequent among Shadar-Kai, even the sclera of his eyes is black, and he has no visible iris or pupil to speak of.
When wearing more casual attire, a series of six scars in total can be seen on his shoulders, three on either side, appearing to indicate he was perhaps grabbed by some taloned; flying creature in an attempt to carry him away.

Apparel & Accessories
Arannis seems to enjoy quite elegant attire, nothing overtly fanciful but more practical and comfortable. Often seen wearing shades of grey; de-saturated teal and purple with silver metal accessories.
In particular, at least while working, he wears a sleeveless set of black and teal robes decorated with silver filigree piping across the chest and hem, with silver bicep armlets.

Staff of Screams - while attuned to this staff the wielder can deal an additional 1d6 psychic damage when using the staff to melee strike an enemy, or when casting a spell which requires an attack roll.

Personal history
Little is known about Arannis, he arrived a few weeks after the conclusion of the war and set up shop, making a few friends among the other traders and populace of Malmos but keeping himself to himself. The only thing he has willingly shared about himself with little struggle is his heritage and homeland being that of the Shadowfell, though he scarcely goes into detail about the lands he came from, he seems quite happy to be in the Material Plane.

From interactions had with various individuals, Arannis seems to either be bisexual or pansexual, though this has not yet been confirmed.
