Resk'afar D'ssussun

Resk'afar D'ssussun is an underdark prison, created from a frozen lake that was drained. A thick ice sheet above it keeps all prisoners in the lakebed, while also letting in enough light to be torturous to many of the deep dwelling captives. The gates of the prison are iced over, only opened by ice elementals when new prisoners are brought in.
The prison itself is a harsh place to be. There's no discrimination on who goes there, or why so it has developed into a large, lawless settlement under the ice. Different races keep to their own, and due to the lack of food throughout most of the prison, killing other races for food is not uncommon.
