Summon Undead

Either through arcane or divine, you have mastered some necromantic art and have taken to summoning creatures to do your bidding. The cost and type of undead you can summon is the same regardless of your spark, but Arcane casters need the material component while divine casters only need their holy symbol. The Arcane caster can summon undead without material components if there are dead bodies nearby to use (cemetery), but are limited to the state of those bodies, (zombie, skeleton, or ghoul). Below is the amount of mana it cost to summon one undead. You may spend more mana to summon more, but you can only control a number equal to your Charisma modifier at one time. Any uncontrolled undead will likely turn on you. Instead of summoning a second creature, you may instead increase the undead's HD the same way, double the mana to summon, max increase equal to your Charisma modifier or half your mana tree rank more, so if you have 4 mana ranks, you could summon a maximum 6HD creature even if your Charisma modifier is greater than +2. You are also limited to summoning things that cost half your max mana points or less as the base undead, this does not limit the amount you increase the HD by.
