Mental Spark

Mental abilities use Wisdom for guiding their power. The mental spark also grants access to many mind-over-matter like abilities. Rather than referring to points as mana like other sparks, points are referred to as mental powers.
Known Power Known Power are to you as spells are to a wizard. You gain 1 power each rank of your power tree, it will cost 1 APPL if you have the medium tree and 2 APPL if you have the slow tree, but is included for the fast tree. You know your powers; they are ingrained in your mind. You do not need to prepare them through study as a spell caster, though you do need to get a good night’s sleep each day to regain all your spent power points. The difficulty class (DC) for saving throws against your powers is 10 + power rank + Wisdom Modifier.
