Allergy Field

This spell creates a large cloud of pollen that causes coughing, sneezing, and headaches. The cloud hangs in the air for a number of rounds but can be blown away by winds. This does not dissipate the cloud but moves it away from the intended target area.

Effect

Those failing their Fort Save are unable to make attack actions, cast spells, or perform a task that requires dexterity. They can try a Fort Save each round to see if they overcame the allergy field. The effects continue for a number of rounds equal to the casters mana rank after the cloud is gone. Once a successful Fort Save is made, that individual cannot be affected by the field again while they are in the cloud.
