Ser Vos

Ser Vos, also called the stygian City, is the largest metropolis and capital of Anpitan. It is a crowded city of commerce and opportunity, perhaps the most prosperous and influential city on the western coast of Essairoth. 
Ser Vosiens take great pride in the might of their city. The City was build using countless slaves, many wich lost their lives, a price the ruling class was willing to pay. In the Center of the sprawling city stands the momentous Temple to Anpitans three gods.  Despite its dense population and crowded streets it is remarkably clean and safe for citizens and visitors alike.

Demographics

Working-class individuals live in the streets of the Lower and Outer City regions, Slaves either in the home of their masters or in one of the many slave barracks dotted around the city. While slave laborers and dock-workers ensured goods arrived to their destinations in the Gray Harbor, tradesfolk such as tanners, smiths, garment-makers and the like produce their goods throughout the city. The industry of these laborious individuals drives the economy of the capital city of Anpitan.

The wealthy Kalashtar and Drow families are the nobility of the Upper City. While their lives are viewed as the epitome of luxury and opulence, many are civic-minded benefactors that genuinely strived to improve the Empire. This Ser Vosien elite-class is limited to a few select Kalashtar families, along with a few Drow families; no matter how rich any businessmen or merchants became, they could not buy their way into the Ser Vosien patriar

Government

The City, as is the Empire, is ruled by the High Priest Empress out of the Temple in the Centre of the city.
