The Galacian Peninsula
With her gorgeous rolling hills and endless beaches, Galacia is truly a land worthy of the gods
As both the southern shore of the only sea route into The Great Inland Sea and the northern edge of the Mare Promiscus and Palsas Sea, the Galacian Peninsula has always held an important position in the politics of the region.
Geography and Climate
Stretching well over three hundred miles from the edge of Siegmund's Domain in the west to The Pickett Sea in the east, The Galacian Peninsula is characterized by mild summers and cool winters. A ridge of low hills runs the entire length of the peninsula, surrounded by fertile lowlands and forests. The eastern end of the peninsula terminates is higher than the rest of the peninsula and ends abruptly in rocky cliffs, dropping off abruptly into the Pickett Sea and Strait Promiscum
Galacia
Stretching the entire length of the peninsula and continuing well into the mainland, Galacia is a nation of proud people whose expansionist tendancies has resulted in less than ideal relations with most of their neighbors. A deeply religious people, the cults of more than a dozen gods all vie for power and influence with nobility and commoners alike, with religious knightly orders competing in regular tournaments across the nation.
