The Iron handed Sisters
The Iron Handed Sisters are a communal organization of females that forge weapons. The Iron Sisters all wear pale, long white gowns, many of them are Tielflings and Fire Genasi, bound tightly at the wrists and waist by iron, to protect their clothes from the holy fires in which their materials are worked. They each wear a pair of iron gloves. The gowns blend in with the mist that encroaches the Adamant Citadel, so when they come to speak with someone, they seem to appear out of nowhere. They appear ageless, both ancient yet unwrinkled, and their eyes glow orange, the colour of flames.
The Iron Handed Sisters are considered the female providers of weapons for the Resilient Brothers. They reside in the Adamant Citadel, where they live in almost total solitude and usually get to meet and speak only to each other and the Resilient Brothers.
The Iron Handed Sisters are a monastic order, like the Resilient Brothers. They are the keepers and the only ones able to shape, craft, and handle the particular metals in its pure and unprocessed state, into arms, armor, and tools. The Iron Handed Sisters are even more private and removed from society than the Resilient Brothers. They do not like to be bothered and prefer to work in isolation, particularly not wanting interference from others. The Iron Handed Sisters rarely leave or venture outside of their usual domain, the Citadel. Being remote, the Sisters have to rely on an accurate network of information, especially the Brothers, to be aware of the happenings outside the Citadel.
They forged 7 stone creatures to protect the Floating Islands where they reside. These forged were to stand guard on the the edges - the little magic they had turned on when under threat. Their defense was from the outside - never did the Iron Handed Sisters image a threat from within.
1 has gone missing - sent falling to the land below. It did not break - where it fell grew over it bringing live and adding in some gentle Wild Magic into it it became more than it was created as. The Gnomes found it and named it Glim Bramble. He has no idea what he really is.
