The Miasma

A mysterious force that permiates The Scorch, a site of desolation where The Founderwar culminated. Those exposed to it are psychologically affected often wander in a dreamlike state to their deaths deep in the dessert. Those who return at all exhibit insanity, often living out their drastically shortened life spans dazed and confused, babbling nonsense. Many afflicted are looked after at The Temple of the Sun.
