The Burma Bull

The totalitarian ruler of Toadmen who presides over the marshes of the Vipus Basin. There the Burma Bull rules with an webbed iron fist. Burmese envoys and assassins are ofttimes encountered throughout Erthwyr, usually carrying unreasonable terms or lofty demands. Tale has it that he sometimes leaves the confines of the city of El Dofredo in his snail-driven jacuzzi chariot, only with a full contingient of Toadmen warriors.
