The Topless Mermaid

A tavern that is well known among the sailors and the laborers of Crook Crag. The reason for its popularity is for its cheap booze and for the fact that all of the bar maidens are topless.
In order to protect its bar maiden, the bar employees a Spirit by the name of Kizzerin. She is a Dirril Spirit, also known as a Spirit Watcher. Rumor has it that, when he was alive, was the elderly woman who founded the tavern as a safe space for women to flee and empower themselves.
