Spirit of Balance Scilae (a.k.a. The turning of the tide)
The Spirit of Balance is a Chara Spirit who believes that when one thing happens in the world, the opposite must also happen. Life begets Death, one of the phrases their clerics are most known for saying. When there is war, there must also be peace. They are lawful but truly neutral, caring for neither good nor evil.
They are a member of the Patheon of Law because they believe that the balance should be orderly. If chaos is allowed to reign supreme than there would be no balance to it.
