Spirit Sight: The Phobillia can see 60 feet into the Eternal Domain when it is on the Material Plane and vice versa. Incorporeal Movement: The Phobillia can move through other creatures and objects as if they were difficult Terrain. It takes 5 (1d10) force damage if it ends its turn inside an object.
Withering Touch: Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit: 17 (4d6+3) necrotic Damage. Etherealness: The Phobillia enters the Spirit Realm from the Material Plane, or vice versa. It is visible on the Material Place while it is in the border Ethereal, and vice versa, yet it can’t affect or be affected by anything on the other plane. Maw of the Void (recharge 5 or 6). By releasing the magical sealing around its gaping mouth, the Phobilia draws the soul out of any creature within 30 ft of it. All creatures within 30 ft. must make a Constitution saving throw DC 14. On a failure, they take 4d6 necrotic damage and all attacks against them has advantage until the end of the Phobilia's next turn. On a successful save they suffer no effect and can not be affected by the effect for another 24 hours. Teleport (Recharge 3-6): The Phoblillia magically teleports, along with any equipment it is wearing or carrying, up to 40 feet to an unoccupied space it can see, before or after teleporting the Phobillia can make one Withering Touch Attack.
The Spirit of Fear appears as an ethereal, lithe woman who wears a shawl which covers her face. Her mouth seems to be forced shut but will open to reveal a black abyss like a never ending hole. Often they are confused with ghosts but they do not haunt places or people. Instead they exist to frighten mortals, using their fear as a food and power source.
