While wearing this helm you can use a bonus action to record the images that you can see through the glass on eye pieces. It can also record sound as well. As a bonus action you can stop the current recording. The helm is able to store up to 1 hour of recordings. You can then project the recording as if using a minor illusion projecting both image and sound. Once you play the recording it is lost. You can play specific sections of the recording and keep what you did not play stored in the helm.An iron helm that has a thick glass placed over the eye sections. There are arcane glyphs around the eyes.
