Celestial
Celestial describes any being that achieved the peak of the evolution for its soul and bound themselve to at least one Chaos Fragment. As long as their bond with the fragment persists their soul can always return to it to construct a new physical vessel. Besides immortality the fragment also grants several other powers. These change depending on the Celestial and the fragment but usually include enhanced control over at least one type of mystical energy and the ability to convert faith into nourishment for both the fragment and the Celestial.
As being a Celestial describes a state of the soul, the outer appearance of a Celestial is undefined and the same one can posess several different vessels over the course of their existence or in rare cases even at the same time. Although the fragment can create suitable shells for a celestial soul, the only vessel capable of containing its power over an indefinite time is their original body.
One thing all Celestials have in common is their preferred nourishment: Faith and souls. How they acquire those exactly divides them into sub-classes, the most common ones being gods & devils. It is important to seperate them from other entities that have the same name like True Deities for example. While Celestials can theoretically wield enormous power they are greatly restricted when it comes to interfering with "lesser" species by the Cronian Convention.
