Outlander Humans
These humans are descendants of people who came to The Outlands centuries ago, having pale skin and white hair. Seeing these folks is especially rare because most's bloodlines either bred to extinction or were killed years ago from people thinking they were artic fey. They are the original outlanders and should be respected by the people who walk in their footsteps. Before The OIA, they were the ones who built trade routes, made farms, and mapped out the best areas for hunting.
