Barry's Benevolent Blanket Fort

Barry's Benevolent Blanket Fort is a blanket that when placed over something like a traditional blanket fort, it creates a bubble of extra-dimensional space in the shape of a house on the inside. One of the most famous ones of these is the altered one owned by Quincy Hadothol, who uses it as his mobile tavern. These are not very rare, and they can be bought in many places around the world, but they are most common in The Outlands.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

The fort uses transmutation magic to strech available space outward, causing a spacial warp and a pocket of extra-dimensional space.

Manufacturing process

A large blanket has to be enchanted with the same transmutation magic that affects portable holes and bags of holding.

Significance

These blankets were created by young wizards attending an academy who had very small rooms, so they created a blanket that gives them a house.
