Danica Sudrothe
(a.k.a. "Madame Echo")
A mysterious woman whom currently resides in the Heirloom district of the massive city of Gharsovod, Danica is a person of interest to the guild of R.I.S.E. but every agent they have ever sent to investigate the woman has walked away with next to nothing in information acquired. They are well aware she has gifts provided by the Ley, but what they are and what she is truly capable of is a mystery. They have simply titled her as "Madame Echo", due to various texts from history that describe her appearance, explicitly with her odd, metallic markings that adorn her skin like tattoos. Since these various descriptions come from different cultures, regions and eras of Erlyse, the scholars of R.I.S.E. believe that either she is immortal or some form of time traveler. The fact that she has repeatedly eluded any true contact with the guild leads them to believe she may have malevolent motives that have yet to be revealed or put into motion, and despite the fact that she's never been exposed as someone who means harm to the world or its inhabitants, R.I.S.E. is incapable of getting governmental authorities to treat her as a person of suspicion.
