Pirouette
A well known citizen, if of somewhat odd style. Pirouette is known by many as the Port Mother. She owns and finances several orphanages. It is a poorly kept secret that she maintains relations with the city brothels, gossips argue over whether she is making sure some of her former children are well taken care of or doing something much more sinister.
