The Thieves Guild highest rank for regular members is the Gold Cloak. It is from these thieves that the guild leaders are appointed, and the best fences are found. One cannot attain this rank without a combination of great skill, plentiful contribution, and a steady hand in the expansion and workings of their local chapter.
