Vanta Starfish
Vanta is a Gillman and know to be quick and deadly with a sword. She rose to power with in the Gang after the massacre of Tridents in the Dark shore. She quickly recruited sea faring races, pirates and questionable sailors in order to bolster her numbers and make a stand against the Gulls. Since then she has brought together the Gangs of Azure in a losse pact to stand against the Gangs of the Dark Shore. Vanta has gained notoriety after defeating the pirate Snagletooth.
