Era beginning/end

The very first kingdoms, clans and countries form from communities and tribes. Society is established.

Before this time period (for we do not know the exact date in which this event originated, only that it was around year six thousand) there were nothing but small communities and scattered nomads. This is why the formation of countries was such a big deal in this time period, as it was when society was established. Leaders were established, resources hoarded, currency established, hands hired, homes constructed, and so on. They are known as the "seventeen" for there were a total of seventeen countries/kingdoms before the wars began.
