Report: Mission Complete?

General Summary

After returning to the town's tavern, the Snapdragons impersonated the (now MIA) Kallista in order to do business with her quest patron. After intimidating this poor man to his wits' end, the Snapdragons returned the journal he sought: the musings of an ancestor driven into hiding by the Inquisition.
With no further leads in regards to the "horn of an Iskemp", the party returned to Theren in hopes of gleaning further information. Upon being prompted to "ask somebody who knows", Magigigika suddenly remembered the temple to Oghma (the god of knowledge) back in Kipar. Thus, off the party went back to Kipar.
However... upon arriving at the city of Whiteharbor, the party encountered some... extra difficulty. The guards were demanding tolls far in excess of the usual 2 sp in response to "strange events" occurring in the city.
Will the Snapdragons manage to exit the city untouched? Gregor certainly hopes so....
