Ponticcas of Tyrilla

A Half-Elf Sage from Tyrilla, who lived in the third and the fourth centuries of the New Empire .
Ponticcas's main area of study was languages. He was particularly interested in the languages spoken by the wild races. He observed the similarities between Oskithant , the language of the Lizardmen and the language spoken by Kobolds. He theorised that both languages were descended from a much earlier language, perhaps that of Dragons . He further theorised that this was evidence that both Lizardmen and Kobolds once served Dragons.
