Old Gods

The first gods who created Erdde and many of its races. Some of the Old Gods became the Demons .
Since the coming of the New Gods, the Old Gods have been less involved with Erdde.
There are countless Old Gods, some powerful, but many (the Small Gods) have very limited power.
The Old Gods divided into two factions at the Godmoot over the question of whether the newly created lesser races should be granted immortality or given the Gift of Death. The former faction was led by Eyal while the latter was originally led by Ema and ultimately by Demogorgon. This latter faction became known as the Demons . The two factions fought The First GodsWar which ended in partial victory for the Gods (with the loss of the power to grant immortality) and the banishment of the Demons to the far corners of Erdde.
