Manfred, Archduke of the River

Current Archduke of the Archduchy of the River. Manfred is the only son of Emperor Otto IX, who appointed him as Archduke after being elected emperor. His mother is the Empress Beatrigge.
Manfred would be one of the favourites to be the next Emperor, succeeding his father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
