Latican

A dialect of the Common Tongue spoken all along the Celestial Sea coast of Ettrea, from the Kingdom of Savinn in the southwest to the border with the Synoppeian Empire in the southeast. Latican is also widely spoken across the Celestial Sea in northern Arddol. In the days of the Old Empire, these lands made the High Elven kingdoms of Savica, Latica and Balcia.
