Ulister Joolan
A powerful lieutenant of Master Grisela Sauer and Cult of Strife . He was a high ranking officer in the Black Cabinet and held much influence over the military. He used his position to led the chase after the split members of Me´team as they traveled to Stormhold to search for parts of an ancient artefact, the Gol´dorbarak - The final throw but failed and the now reinforced Me´team slipped from his hands.
