Black Cabinet
The Black Cabinet is the espionage arm of the Royal Army and the second organization in Evangils history to bear the name.
Shrouded in secrecy and with members plucked from every walk of life in the nation, operatives of the Black Cabinet are few but well trained.
While officially a branch of the Royal Army, they in reality only answer to the Crown and the highest echelons of command, in that order. Likewise, the Cabinet holds limited sway in the other branches of the Royal Army, with exceptions to passage and the "terms of secrecy", in simple terms meaning that an operative of the Black Cabinet can acquire transportation to wherever they may need and that the soldiers they encounter along the way are under no circumstance to speak of their encounter with said operative to anyone.
This along with their rigorous espionage training makes the Black Cabinet very hard to find and equally good at gathering information.
