Ione Powell Nazir is initiated into First Class.

Just a year after Nerissa's induction, Ione signs on. She becomes the last of the group colloquially referred to as Jenni's 'Big Three.'   As a telekinetic, Ione shares a unique link to Jenni, who is telepathic.(Magically speaking, they are cousins.') Seeing potential, Jenni seizes on Ione's shy and gentle nature. While Aris joined for science and culture preservation and Nerissa joined for power, Ione joins in hopes of learning to feel more comfortable with her gift.   Third in the chain of command, Ione's primary duties are collecting intel, psychological profiling of new recruits, and the occasional need for her pilot certifications.   Unofficially, she is often the one who strikes balance between Aris and Nerissa and prevents their clashes from destabilizing the rest of the group.
