Theme

Genre

Romance and Fantasy Adventure

Reader Experience

Experience the wonder of seeing Equestria through the eyes of actually living it.

Reader Tone

It is a bright world, but a two dimensional world. The protagonist brings a sense of realism, being a three dimensional individual.

Recurring Themes

The protagonist already knows the setting, the characters, and their likes & dislikes to effectively manipulate them for his own means.

Character Agency

The protagonist's agency is limitless, having meta-knowledge of the shoe and the world from S1 up to S7.

Focus

Blend into Equestrian life without ever being discovered as being from another world.

Never take living in Equestria for granted, and explore every opportunity to the maximum.

Do better than those who came before you. The heroes are two dimensional and the villains are a joke. Don't make their same mistakes, because you can do better.

Live for the moment, live for the pleasure, and hold nothing back!

Drama

The protagonist's polyamarous romancing and free love, changes and challenges views of many characters .

The drama to avoid drama while being a villain in secret. Forsaking glory for accomplishment. Never letting anyone know just how powerful he has truly become.

The drama of romancing Luna and the drama of romancing Chrysalis are diametrically different from one another.

The love with Starlight was spontaneous and genuine, as it was never supposed to happen. Acquiring some great love with Starlight was never in the design structure of the story, and yet it still happened.

All secrets exist only to be discovered eventually. Rayne isn't only successful, but he has an easy time of keeping his villainous deeds hidden from his friends, because they are so easy to manipulate. But when he is finally called out about it, he acknowledges when it's time to come clean.

The romance with Luna and Chrysi is a saga, not a singular event. There are ups and downs, that follow the arcs of the main story.
