Mental characteristics

Personal history

Hailing from an island now consumed by the rift between Epidotra and Liden, it is speculated that Goliathon, as well as the rest of the dragons, emerged from a portal connected to the 5th Chaos Plane situated on that very land.

Dragonslayer's Bane

Goliathon roamed the lands without purpose, eventually going into a state of deep slumber, in which he would remain until 6310 Origin Age, Laroune 1st, when he was woken up as a result of the Warlords of Dragonrest hunting down his kind. In retaliation, he would chase down the Warlords, who were not prepared for his strength to exceed the dragons they were used to hunting by so much. In the end, all of the warlords were killed, and Goliathon would return to roaming the lands once more.

Impenetrable

As he continued his journey throughout the lands, many earlier settlements were destroyed. His wings were powerful enough to generate winds that could devastate villages and towns. Eventually, he noticed some of the natives were trying to chase him off, to no avail, as their weapons could not leave any lasting marks on his scales. Some traces of folklore still remained until the Golden Age, telling of a behemoth that brought natural disasters along with it.

Defeat of a Colossus

Eventually, the damage he was causing to the settlements was getting worse and worse. Holy Knight, who only recently became a Demigod, went to challenge him. Soaring through the skies, the two fought, the demigod being his first match in this foreign land, and last. Goliathon's fire melted ice easily in even the coldest regions of Nirin, causing floods to occur in the nearby vicinity, although, due to the demigod's sheer speed, he was worn down over time. With Goliathon losing to the Demigod, he perished in Last Point - Nirin. Goliathon's remains are isolated from the rest of the world, where his skeleton stays situated for ages to come.

Aftermath

As time passed, tales of Goliathon grew more legendary, his name becoming synonymous with pure, unfiltered destruction. Even beyond his defeat, Goliathon’s influence will be forever known, as his colossal scales are littered sparsely beneath his flight path, shed from his body. The more notable locations where they're embedded into the earth are in a field of Oldcross; near the Serpent Temple of Snakepeak; on the edge of the Great Dark in an unclaimed land of Thamor; upon the mountains of Stormcrag; and sunken deep in the icy waters of Nirin. However, where his scales are most prominent are in the lands of Bonebellow - Thamor, where he had slumbered for many years. What had become of the sleeping grounds were a jagged mass of large, smooth, hardened stones; the light-grey formations giving the appearance of mountains and crags made of bone or teeth.   Goliathon's march in Thamor formed great cracks in the earth, shedding sunlight upon the eternal dark of the underground ocean that lurked beneath the domain for the first time in history. His dragon-fire not only claimed the lives of thousands, but also scorched the once lush lands of Bravedune and its rejuvenating lake to an infertile waste, unfit for life.

I think with this article right here, I have found this enlightment. I appreciate this more than you will ever know. I hope you remember me when this blows up. :)
