The Founding

Humans landed on these shores about 800 years ago, near the current city of Ket. A monument stands there commemorating the place, and the beginning the After Founding (A.F.) calendar. The founders quickly realized that they were not the first ones to arrive - elves, dwarves, halflings and other intelligent creatures seem to have lived in Eoth - peacefully, for the most part - for hundreds, perhaps thousands, of years. Since then, humans have quickly multiplied and expanded eastward and now inhabit most regions of the continent.
