Held by Tomag of Clan Welkan, a stenix Farmer elected as Village Reeve (the manor house has a stone ground floor and a further 3 wooden floors of ~9,500 sq ft), whose current Head of Clan is B’ran Caradoc Welkan of Caer Welkan. The village has 46 families of whom 8 are peasant families and 38 are stenix families. The current population is 287 with 187 of adult age. There are 59 members in the Manor household staff which include the weaponsmith, the armourer and the Foresters.
The village has 2 blacksmiths, 2 woodcrafters, a weaponsmith, an armourer, a mason, 6 stockmen, 2 Foresters, a Mason, and 2 millers (there are 2 watermills that fall within the dominion of the Manor) and 23 farming households. The peasant families provide 6 farming households, one cow herder, and one Shepherd, who owe fealty to the clan.
The village can also be called upon to provide 8 Spearmen, 3 Archers and 1 cavalryman.
There is no church nor formal representative in this village.
Many talk of the haunted manor house and village which lies beyond on the shores of the Mil Estuary. It was abandoned during the Plague.
