Fishing village with some farming. Held by Wolfee of Clan Barsim, a stenix Farmer elected as Village Reeve (3 story high stone manor house with a small tower 50 ft high being 4,500 sq ft in size) whose current Head of Clan is Serr Sawyer Welkan of Caer Astan. The village has 33 families of whom 6 are peasant families and 28 are stenix families. The current population is 336 with 218 of adult age with a further 43 people in the Manor household staff.
The village has a blacksmith and a woodcrafters, a weaponsmith, an armourer, and a mason, 4 stockmen, a Foresters, 1 miller (there is a watermill that falls within the dominion of the Manor) and 17 farming households. The peasant families provide 6 farming households, who owe fealty to the clan.
There are extensive salt marshes portions of which have been converted into salt pans.
The village can also be called upon to provide 6 Spearmen, 2 Archers and 1 cavalryman
Storm waters destroyed much of their docks and boats a couple years ago and wreckage can be seen along the shore and pushed aside the new docks.
