The Disappearance of Anselm

Shortly after Anselm returned to Albion after he defeated the lich Ruhn he retreated into his chambers and passed all administrative duties to his advisers. There he supposedly remained until his disappearance one year later, proclaimed dead across the realm. Though he never reappeared, his death was never proven and no scholarly sources indicate its cause. The title of Emperor passed on to his head adviser, Emperor Justinian.
