Ushal

Twenty years ago, the elven warlord Rilitar Volum united all of Bruidan. Now, her nephew rules this small corner of the continent and the people are lost in the glory days of the past. Power and prestige come from the connections one can trace back to the Dynasty. Families descended from great leaders and war heroes spend their lavish wealth on decadent pleasures, unusual hobbies, and rare, useless artifacts. Animal training and historical study are common past times. Ushal still maintains a huge military, even if its soldiers are far out of practice. Yet everyone who lives here is proud to be a member of the Volum Dynasty, and cooperation and community are core to their values.
