Gnomes

Gnomes are a strange race. A few history books tell of an ancient gnomish civilization, but since then they have had little impact on worldwide events. However, many have noticed that gnomes regularly meet with each other in places away from the ears of other races, and often have esoteric knowledge that surprises their companions. Also, nearly all gnomes are atheist but refuse to talk about their reason for following that tradition.
