Tieflings

Almost exclusively found in Ethax, tieflings draw their heritage from the Elemental Plane of Fire. This has lead to many superstitions, fears, and outright persecutions involving tieflings in other nations. But in Ethax, anyone can be who they want without open condemnation. Tieflings have particularly sensitive taste buds, so the cuisine of any tiefling community will be exceptional.
