The Sar'el Ring
The Sar'el Ring is one of the crime families operating in Rome. They are known for sticking to the shadows and operating in the night when possible. Beyond profit for the heads and patriarch, it is unknown if they have any other grander plans.
Structure
The Sar'el ring has it's Patriarch, Pattern, then three leaders below him. These leaders act in accordance to Pattern's will. They will employ captains and other thugs as needed making the structure below these three messy and unorganized as a whole, though when needed can snap into place if Pattern has decided on a specific goal for the Flock as a whole.
Culture
Mosf of the Flock are Sefate in orgin, or at least related to them, making most of the Flock able to use at least some magic, making there ties to the right side of the law even more tenuous
Public Agenda
They rarely make themselves known to the public, but when it does happen, they usually try to appeal to magic users in Rome, advocating for the freedom of practice.
