A ranger for Intersection City, Vandren is a roguish operative that is always looking to flip a bad situation in his favor. Vandren is well-known in Intersection City, though not for reasons one might expect for one of the UFC's finest: he runs a business on the side as a contractor. As a result he is a very well connected individual within Haven Alpha; if you need something, you find Vandren.
He is one of the few native-born elves on Enveon; he's never known a life off of the planet.

Personal history
Vandren Ithilen was born to elven parents that were lovers even before they woke up on Enveon, and as a result he was born quickly into this new world.
Since he never knew a life outside of Haven Alpha, he is perfectly adapted to life on Enveon and thrives there. As a child he was often tinkering around with scrap electronics, creating little devices and computers and over the course of his life became an expert with such things.
Upon coming of age Vandren decided to join the Ranger Corp of the United Future Coalition, and he was trained in the art of combat. His talents allowed him to thrive as an operative, and he specializes in hand-to-hand combat and silent take-downs.
After serving in the Corp for some time, Vandren began taking on odd-jobs and then handing them off to mercenaries and scavengers and taking a cut of the reward, over time earning himself a reputation as a reputable contractor. He is now well-known in Intersection City and very well connected.

Motivation
Vandren seeks to make the world he was born into a better place. He grew up hearing tales of the world his parents got to live in, and he wants to make the world at least somewhat closer to the paradise he envisioned.
Savvies & Ineptitudes
Vandren is good at surviving out in the ruins of Haven Alpha, and is very capable with both computers and mechanical devices. He's quite the skilled combatant, often picking off enemies from a range and allowing them to make the mistake of getting close before using his martial arts to take them down.
When it comes to more academic studies Vandren's lack of a proper education becomes apparent, though he's studied up a decent bit on the cultures of various different races, including his own.
