Personal history

An original inhabitant of Varkart, Raeriss has maintained a residence in her hometown for 11 years, but has traveled from Aquarin to Colum and everywhere in between. Both her parents passed when she was still a hatchling, never deterred Raeriss spent her waking hours picking up odd jobs within Varkart to pay her way through a modest education at Ryden Hall, a social school that specialized in teachings of political science and mercantile negotiation.
Since the dissolution of The Commonwealth of Anbhor, Varkart has been in a difficult situation. It's previous largest trade partner Huvora has slowly become more insulated and opposed to exportation in the 40 odd years since it became independent, causing stagnation and downturn. In 1139, Raeriss turned the situation into a boon, negotiating trade balances and alliances with the smaller townships now dotting the region, reintroducing her hometown to growth and prosperity.
