Council of Nine

The Council of Nine is the head of all matters of government in Sanctuary, with one member for each race in Sanctuary. Currently, the nine members onboard are:

Niell Stilmur, Human

Emmean Auril, Elf

Tessa Vertine, Gnome

Wylenn Rosil, Halfling

Primon Delai, Half-elf

Tyralg Bladescale, Dragonborn

Jablel Lornelock, Tiefling

Gnuerg Ulm-khash, Half-orc

History

Though there was a frantic power-grab during the early days of Sanctuary's founding, tempers eventually simmered down enough to replace the arbitrary system of an all-powerful ruler with a fairer, more representative system. Originally a Council of Seven, tieflings were reluctantly added later and half-orcs were eventually incorporated following the peace treaty with Uaimh.
