To Rong Lua

Also known as Ralgotar's Palm. This is a highly volcanically active region in the southernmost portion of Yaxiya. There are a number of different peoples and cultures here. Most here have blessings from Ralgotar but blessings from Wylrith or Fliral are also very common.
