The Queen of Air and Darkness

The Queen of Air and Darkness is an ethereal force in the The Feywild who rules her realm of the Unseelie Court. She once was the younger twin sister to Titania, but was corrupted when a cursed black diamond was given to her.

She eventually began to lose her corporeal form, but can still choose to manifest as a tall fey woman with bone-white skin and long ink-black hair and eyes that reflect no light.

She still covets the diamond, and it is set into a sceptre called the Midnight Hand that remains in her realm.
