Valda

Valda is a fierce deity, worshiped by rulers, generals, and soldiers alike. While she herself is a bloodthirsty, ambitious goddess, Valda accepts tribute from any mortal wishing to do so, viewing them as vassals under her dominion. Her stunning beauty is terrible to behold, coupled with a gnawing dread in one's heart, to full fledged terror when the Iron Empress wishes it.
Soldiers, generals, brigands, and even politicians sometimes call upon Varda to strike fear into the hearts of their enemies, though the Empress' most devout followers are men and women of war, whether they be mercenaries or part of a standing army. The Iron Empress delights in the battles mortals wage on the material plane, especially when large swaths of territory, resources, or other monumental ideals are at stake for either or both sides.
While an evil Goddess, Varda is unique in the fact that she abhors the undead, and few, if any necromancers are able to summon forth her blessings. A life well lived, with glorious accomplishments, battles, and conquests is its own reward for mortals in her eyes, and grants her clerics the powers of the Repose domain accordingly, granting mighty heroes and despotic rulers alike the final rest that she feels they deserve.

Identifying Characteristics

Her most distinguished feature is her golden eyes. She is also of a too perfect feature of beauty, that she it is almost alien. Her face is completely symmetrical, no blemishes or scars.

Apparel & Accessories

She wears full black armor with a full crown on her head, never a helmet. Her crown is made of iron with the spikes made to resemble swords.
