Tochotla

Tochotla is the goddess of Nature, though unlike her sister Isolde, Tochotla represents the destructive force of the natural world. Earthquakes, Hurricanes, Volcanic Eruptions, and Wildfires all fall under her purview and domain. A greedy and jealous deity, Tochotla demands tribute from the mortals that reside upon Eltharia, and punishes them with natural disasters and aggressive, dangerous plant and animal life due to their worship of the other gods. Tochotla's primary worshipers are the lizardfolk of Amoxcatl, though some druids and rangers also follow this goddess.

Tochotla delights in the wrath and power of the natural disasters she inflicts upon Eltharia, and extols her worshipers to go forth into the world and revert societies and cultures back to the primal ways of nature by force. Sometimes called the Bane of Progress or simply the Bane, Tochotla yearns for a time when the mortals of Eltharia were less advanced as a people, and were at her complete mercy without adequate shelter from the elements.

    Physical Description

    Identifying Characteristics

Tochotla appears as a pale human woman wearing a simple chest wrap and skirt, with multicolored feathers for hair and mud green eyes. She has patches of lizard-like scales along her body, perhaps from the influence and affinity she has for the Amoxcatlans.
