Armathora Signet

A simple looking piece of jewelry, enchanted to allow a connection to Armath and powered by the Horizon Gate.
Astral Seeking. The signet exhibits a soft buzzing noise in the ear of the wearer when within 120 feet of a creature with active Astral Blood.
Horizon Walk. The signet has 9 charges. While wearing it, you can use an action to expend 1 or more charges and gain access to the following abilities:

• You can expend 1 charge to communicate telepathically with Amon or other signet bearing Armathora connected to the Horizon Gate for up to 10 minutes.
• You can expend 5 charges to cast the teleport spell, teleporting specifically to the Horizon Gate in Armath. Additionally, you may target one unwilling creature that is restrained to be teleported alongside your designated creatures of choice.

It regains expended charges once a creature with Astral Blood has successfully been sacrificed at the Pyramid of Armath.
