The Silverblades

Rasva Jainos is one of the eldest and most influential eltari, being the executive director of Eltar's Travel Conglomerate, and is on record as being incredibly paranoid that someone or something was hunting them, determined to see them dead. To this end, a large portion of their wealth has been invested in security, including the service of the Silverblades - a specialist squad of bodyguards intent on keeping their clients safe at all costs. They are small in number, never consisting of more than 8 members, but each is adept in a special means of infiltration and assassination...and thereby in turn how to best counter such measures.   The recruitment process when a replacement is required is long and arduous, for the skills demanded are more often held by vagabonds who can't be trusted, even with the depths of coin Rasva can provide. Each of the other members will provide a test of their own making to ensure their skills are suiting, before three more tests with a body double to test their character. Should the applicant fail any of the skill challenges, they are rejected from the position, but should they fail the tests of character, the Silverblades have orders to kill the applicant on the spot.   This cutthroat approach is often criticised as amoral in itself, but Rasva cares not when its their safety on the line. The harsh nature of these tests serve their purpose perfectly. The Silverblades reputation is of flawless success, having thwarted many attempts on Rasva's life as well as many other acts against their company. This success has made demand for their services within the upper echelons of society skyrocket, and if they so desired they could easily become blades for hire. Despite this however, their loyalty is firmly rooted in their original contract with Rasva, and even when offered twice to three times the pay for half the time working, they've bluntly refused without hesitation.
