The Red Sword

A loosely grouped organization build of fulfilling contracts, The Red Swords offers to take care of absolutely anything, as long as the payment is good enough.  Be it monster hunting, fugitive apprehension, tax collection, missing persons case, or whatever in between, The Red Swords can take care of it.     Though their members all claim the be of The Red Swords, to a greater or lesser extend, they vary greatly in demeanor and diplomacy.

Structure

The Red Swords are divided into different guilds, each located in different settlements. These guilds have control and responsibility over contracts in the nearby area.    Each guild operates independently from each other, though they will communicate if required. A contract fulfilled can be turned in at any guild and the guilds will communicate, to make sure the contract is pulled of the market. 10% of the contracts monetary reward must be paid to the guild, from which the contract first came, something the guilds themselves take care of, if needed.   The members are required to adhere to a code of conduct, though this is loosely regulated. To be granted entrance to The Red Swords, a group of people must show aptitude, competence, and willingness to complete contracts. To ensure this, a member is tested before their first contract and thereafter given more and more difficult contracts, as their reputation increases.   A member who drops, cheats, or otherwise have too many contracts unfulfilled, are revoked of their membership status and immediately banned from using any facilities.

To maintain and uphold a reputation as the primary go-to for everything between gold collecting to monster slaying.

Assets

Facilities such as: bedding, dinning, washrooms, blacksmiths, fletchers, armorers, general goods, fighting rings, doctors, healers, alchemists and much more.  While not all guilds subscribe to all these, most have a great many options to choose from.  Notable unique facilities include:
